Shipping

Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. Orders are processed in 2–4 business days; delivery is then 7–14 business days in Israel and 12–20 in the United States. These are our shipping partner’s estimates, not guarantees.

Returns

Return any unworn piece within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. For hygiene reasons pierced earrings can't be returned unless they arrive faulty, and made-to-order pieces can't be returned once production has started. Return shipping is on you unless the item arrived faulty. The full refund policy is worth reading before you order.
