Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Arden & Co jewellery. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. A proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required.
The following items are not eligible for return: custom or personalised pieces, items marked as final sale, and earrings (for hygiene reasons).
How to Start a Return
Email us at contact@ardenco.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorisation.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the credit.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@ardenco.shop with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
