Our jewellery is made by our manufacturing partner and checked by us before it ships. Please read this page before ordering.

Where we ship

We currently ship to Israel and the United States only. These are the only two countries offered at checkout.

We do not yet ship to Europe, Canada or the rest of the world. If your country is not in the checkout list, we cannot deliver to you.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times

Israel: 7-14 business days after processing.
United States: 12-20 business days after processing.

These are estimates from our shipping partner, not guarantees. We do not currently display a delivery date at checkout.

Shipping rates

One shipping option is offered at checkout: free standard shipping. There is no express service and no paid shipping tier.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2-3 business days for tracking information to update.

Customs and import duties

For orders shipped to the United States, customs fees and import duties may apply. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.
