Moissanite, near-colourless. We don't publish a colour or clarity grade because we don't certify each stone individually — if a grading report matters to you, tell us before you order and we'll say plainly whether we can supply one.
✦ Craftsmanship
Each piece is made by our manufacturing partner and inspected by us before it ships. We check the stone setting, the plating finish, and the clasp on every order.
✦ 12-Month Guarantee
If the stone loosens or the finish fails under normal wear within 12 months, we repair or replace it. Scratches, impact damage and normal wear of the finish over time aren't covered — that's true of every plated piece, ours included.
✦ Luxury Packaging
Every order arrives in our signature matte black gift box with cream satin ribbon, and wax seal. Every order includes a card stating the stone type and metal. It's our own statement, not a third-party certificate.
✦ 14-Day Returns
Return any unworn piece within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. For hygiene reasons pierced earrings can't be returned unless they arrive faulty, and made-to-order pieces can't be returned once production has started. Return shipping is on you unless the item arrived faulty.
