We stand behind every stone we set. If your Arden & Co. moissanite ever chips, cracks, or loses its brilliance under normal wear, we will replace it — no questions asked.
What Is Covered
- Moissanite stone chipping, cracking, or loss of brilliance
- Stone falling out of its setting under normal wear
- Manufacturing defects in the metalwork
- Prong failure or setting damage not caused by impact
What Is Not Covered
- Physical damage from impact, bending, or crushing
- Normal wear and thinning of metal over many years
- Loss of the entire piece
- Damage from chemical exposure (bleach, acetone, etc.)
- Modifications made by a third-party jeweler
